Our 1-week free trial period gives students the opportunity to try as many of our classes as they like during that week.  We encourage you to try at least one Gi and one NoGi class during this period.  With the exception of bi-weekly workshop classes, any class would be an appropriate class to start.  

No experience necessary and all fitness levels are welcome!
